These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Mydigitalservice (the “Website”) and all event listing and ticketing features we provide (the “Services”). By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase tickets. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2) Ticket Listings & Purchases

Ticket availability and pricing (in ₦) are shown at checkout and may change at any time. A purchase is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation. You will receive electronic tickets via email or in your dashboard where applicable.

3) Payments

Payments are processed through Paystack. We do not store full card or bank details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4) Refunds, Reschedules & Cancellations

All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law or if an event is cancelled by the organizer. If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will remain valid for the new date. Transfers may be restricted by the organizer.

5) Event Admission & Conduct

• You must present a valid ticket (electronic or printed) for admission.
• Organizers and venues may refuse entry or remove attendees for safety, security, or policy violations.
• You agree to follow all venue policies, health/safety notices, and lawful instructions from staff.

6) Prohibited Use

• No bots, automated purchasing, or ticket scalping without written authorization.
• No fraudulent activity, impersonation, or interference with the Website’s operation.
• No posting of unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

7) Intellectual Property

All Website content, trademarks, and software are owned by Mydigitalservice or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. We use Paystack for secure transactions; sensitive payment data is handled by the processor and not stored on our servers.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We act as a platform to facilitate ticket sales and event discovery. We do not control event operations and are not responsible for the quality, safety, scheduling, or content of events. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected ticket(s).

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mydigitalservice, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
